How to Track LTL Shipments

You can track a shipment directly from the main page of LTL.xpo.com. Simply enter the shipment's PRO number in the search bar. A PRO number is the nine-digit number used to identify a freight bill, affixed to shipments in the form of a scannable barcode sticker. Once you've entered the PRO number, your tracking results will display for the shipment.

To track multiple shipments, from the Manage It menu, select "Tracking." From here, you can track up to 35 shipments at one time by entering a valid PRO numbers, one per line or separated by commas.

Tracking is even easier for registered users of LTL.xpo.com.

  • PRO Number
  • Pickup Request Confirmation Number
  • Customer Reference Number
  • Shipper's Number
  • Purchase Order Number
  • Customs Bond Number

You can also select any recently tracked PRO number from the drop-down menu and view its current status. The results page provides critical at-a-glance information about the shipment.

The History tab displays the movement summary for the shipment:

  • Click a status bar to reveal more details; the dark blue bar will display.
  • Click the highlighted service center location to display contact information for the current location of your shipment.

The Documents tab gives visibility into shipment documents for registered users. These documents include bills of lading, delivery receipts, customs documents and more.

At any point, you can easily print, email or fax your tracking information by using the buttons at the top of the page.
