Manifest reports give you the visibility you need to view and monitor shipment status during transit and delivery. They are available via email and fax through report scheduling, or view online at your convenience.

Types of Reports

  • All Shipments Report — Gives you visibility to all of your LTL shipments that are in transit or that were delivered either the day of or the previous business day of the report date.
  • New Shipments Report — Details your LTL shipments that were picked up the day of or on the previous business day of the report date.
  • Exception Shipments Report — Lists the shipments that are in an exception status.
  • Out for Delivery Planning Report — Lists shipments that are out for delivery or are estimated to be delivered the day of the report.
  • Delivered Report — List of shipments that have been delivered.
  • Guaranteed Report — List of shipments that were shipped under the XPO Logistics Instant Guaranteed (G!) program.

How Do I View Reports?

Login to LTL.xpo.com and select Reports from the top navigation bar. 

  • View a Report Online — Ideal for viewing a single, specific manifest.
  • Schedule a Report — To receive reports via email or fax. This feature allows a one-time sign-up so you can receive Manifest reports on a regular basis.

To view a report online

  • Select View Report Online from the Manifest main menu or click the View Report Online tab.
  • Select report options:
    • Choose the report type (Inbound, Outbound, or Bill-to/Third-party).
    • Choose the shipment type for your report (All, New, Exception, Out for Delivery or Guaranteed).
    • Choose the report view (Detail, Summary or Calendar view).
    • Choose how you want to output your report (PDF for printing, HTML to view online or delimited to create a spreadsheet).
  • Select an account you want to report:
    • Use the drop-down menu titled Select a Recently Viewed Account and select the account.
    • Or, select a location from the tree view of locations that appears below.

Your report will begin running immediately and then display on your screen.

Tip: If the account you wish to use is missing from the list of locations, click on the link immediately below the list to request an account be added to the list.

How do I schedule a report?

  • Select Schedule a Report from the Manifest main menu or click the Schedule a Report tab
  • Select the account you want to schedule a report for:
    • Use the drop-down menu titled Select a Recently Viewed Account and select the account.
    • Or, select an account from the list of locations that appears below.
  • Select report options:
    • Choose the report type (Inbound, Outbound, or Bill-to/Third-party).
    • Choose the shipment type for your report (All, New, Exception, Out for Delivery or Guaranteed).
    • Choose the report view (Detail, Summary or Calendar view).
    • Choose how you want to output your report (PDF for printing, HTML to view online or delimited to create a spreadsheet).
  • Select the duration for shipments you want to include in the report.
  • Click Continue.
  • Determine the report schedule:
    • Select the run time and frequency for the report.
    • You may also choose to run one time, immediately.
  • Click Continue.
  • Select delivery options:
    • Enter the email addresses for the report recipients. Your account email address will be checked as the default. If you do not want to receive the report, simply uncheck the box next to your email address.
    • Select if you want the shipment charges to be displayed in the report for each recipient.
  • Click Continue.
  • You will see a sign-up confirmation page and will begin receiving the reports as you scheduled.
